Who provides the finance?+
Loans are provided by Novuna Personal Finance (a trading style of Mitsubishi HC Capital UK PLC). TradeHelp Ltd is the credit broker. Mere Green Gas And Plumbing is an Introducer Appointed Representative — we only introduce you, we don't lend or broker the loan ourselves.
Will applying affect my credit score?+
Lenders carry out a credit check as part of the application — this can leave a footprint on your credit file. All finance is subject to status.
Is there a cooling-off period?+
Yes — a 14-day cooling-off period applies to all applications. If you cancel within 14 days, you'll need to make alternative payment of the full outstanding balance.
What can I use finance for?+
Typically new boilers, central heating installations and larger heating projects. We'll tell you what's eligible when we quote.
When do I start paying?+
Repayments begin after the works are completed and you've signed the satisfaction note. Exact terms are set by the lender at the point of agreement.
